Guarantee - All Papco parts in this catalog are of merchantable quality. If any part should prove to be defective, return it for evaluation. Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of these parts.

Shipping Info - All orders will be filled & shipped on the same day if received before
3:30 pm Pacific Standard Time. Orders will be shipped according to the size and quantity the best way, unless otherwise specified.

FOB - PAPCO PARTS - CHATSWORTH, CALIFORNIA

Return Policy - Papco will not accept returns on any electrical items or mold plates. In order for us to accept returned items, you must obtain an authorization number from Papco. Any returns sent to us without an authorization will be refused and sent back freight collect.
• NO C.O.D. RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED! •

Return Credit - Credit will not be authorized on worn or misused items or parts older than 30 days from date of invoice. Also, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns accepted for credit where Papco Parts is not at fault.

Shortages - Shortage, damaged, or errors must be reported within 10 working days
of shipment.
